of more than one individual in a given job (The best example for this is the work of
a receptionist where two peoples work is not interdependent and also does not
matter greatly for the customers). We also have other profession like doctors, police,
personnel firemen, etc. doing this kind of job). It is like having two heads and paying
for one. You can have more workers for less pay and no benefits be given since they
are on part time. It gives the employees more flexibility and freedom. It increases the
motivation and satisfaction for people who cannot work for 40 hours in a week. The
major disadvantages are to find a compatible pair to share the job, which can
